Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Ignord, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Description of Service
Ignord is an AI-powered inbox intelligence tool that connects to your email account (Gmail or Outlook) to identify missed business development opportunities. The service includes email thread analysis, opportunity scoring, dashboard views, and digest notifications.
3. Account and Access
You create an account by connecting your Gmail or Outlook account via OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Ignord. You may only connect email accounts that you own or are authorised to access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use Ignord to violate any laws or regulations, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer or copy the service, use automated tools to scrape or extract data from Ignord, or use the service for any purpose other than its intended business development functionality.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of Ignord is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in the Privacy Policy. You grant Ignord permission to access your email threads in read-only mode for the purpose of providing the service.
6. Subscription and Payment
Ignord offers a free tier and a paid Pro tier. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
7. Intellectual Property
Ignord and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ignord and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your own data.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ignord is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed opportunities, lost revenue, or any damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past 12 months.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your inbox and deleting your account through the dashboard settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
