Privacy Policy

Account Information: When you connect your Gmail or Outlook account, we receive your name and email address from your email provider via OAuth. We do not collect passwords.

Email Metadata: We access your email threads to extract engagement signals. We store: contact names, email addresses, thread activity dates, message counts, engagement scores, and AI-generated metadata. We do not store email subject lines, message bodies, or attachments.

Usage Information: We collect standard usage data including pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns to improve the service. We use analytics tools that may set cookies.

Payment Information: If you subscribe to Ignord Pro, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or banking details. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment data.

We use your information to: provide the Ignord service (scanning your inbox, generating opportunity scores, and delivering digest emails); process your email threads using AI to extract engagement signals and commercial intent indicators; store metadata and scores to display your dashboard and generate digests; improve the service through aggregated, anonymised usage analytics; and communicate with you about your account, service updates, and support requests.

We do not use your personal data to train AI models. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers.

We use the following third-party services to provide Ignord: Supabase (database hosting and authentication); Vercel (application hosting); Anthropic (AI processing — email content is processed via their API with zero-data-retention terms); Stripe (payment processing, Pro tier only); Resend (transactional and digest emails); Google Gmail API (inbox access for Gmail users); Microsoft Graph API (inbox access for Outlook users, coming soon).

Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing their handling of data.

You have the right to: access your data (view all stored metadata through your dashboard); delete your data (disconnect your inbox or delete your account at any time); export your data (contact us to request an export of your stored metadata); withdraw consent (disconnect your inbox to revoke Ignord's access to your email); and lodge a complaint (contact your local data protection authority if you believe your rights have been violated).
